Anna Gleason has served Summitview Child & Family Services, Inc. since 1995. Following her graduation from Oregon State University in 1991, Anna followed her passion for serving others and breaking down the stigma associated with mental health issues. Anna began at Summitview working residentially with youth while also dedicating her energy to advocating for vulnerable populations, social justice and diversity, equity and inclusion. Anna, as CEO, has led this program in increasing mental health services, expanding educational opportunities for those underserved and representing best practices for youth and families through trauma informed care and cultural relevance in this region as well as statewide. During her tenure, she has expanded the agency in comprehensive mental health programs through residential facilities, non-public school classrooms, school-based wellness centers, crisis response and outpatient services. Under Anna’s Leadership, the agency obtained and sustains national accreditation. Anna serves stakeholders via participation, committees and board membership with the California Alliance of Children and Family Services, the California Child Welfare Council’s CSEC Action Team, the Suicide Prevention Planning Committee and the National Association of Private Special Education Centers.
