Haley has been in her current Director role since 2021 and has been with Summitview since 2015. She started as a frontline residential staff, but additionally held titles of House Manager and STRTP Administrator. Haley received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kaplan University in 2005. Her education and experience along with her passion for working with youth and families experiencing mental health challenges makes her a valued member of the Summitview Leadership Team. Haley oversees all residential facilities through program operation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while instilling in the team the importance of remembering the mission of the work.
