Summitview Child & Family Services, Inc. is a nonprofit, public benefit organization that is licensed by the State of California to provide a wide variety of mental health services to children and their families. Services include outpatient specialty mental health services, behavioral health services, Short-Term Residential Treatment, Therapeutic Day Program, and special education services.

We offer trauma-informed outpatient specialty mental health services for individuals, families, and groups. Services offered include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, TF-CBT, Full Service Partnership, Medi-Cal Therapeutic Day Program, The Nurtured Heart Approach, and educationally related mental health services (ERMHS). Summitview has readily available and flexible therapists to be utilized in the field, at school locations as identified by school personnel, CPS, and IEP teams. Summitview is capable of providing services in all regions of the county and to as many students and families as needed.

Therapeutic interventions at Summitview are designed to provide a reduction of a mental disability, emotional and behavioral disorders, and/or substance use conditions. These interventions will promote restoration, improvement, or maintenance of functioning consistent with the goals of learning, development, independent living, enhanced self-sufficiency, and wellness. Treatment is provided from a trauma-informed approach, while sensitivity to the culture of the youth and family is taken into account when delivering services.
